What we collect

PlayCart stores merchant configuration, game sessions, minimal event data, generated reward references and order attribution required to provide and measure the service. Contact forms store the information you submit. We do not sell personal data.

How we use data

We use this information to operate PlayCart, prevent abuse, apply rewards, provide analytics, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Shopper data

PlayCart minimizes shopper data. Cart and customer identifiers are pseudonymous where possible. Raw contact details are not required to play a game.

Retention and deletion

Contact submissions are retained for up to 90 days. Shopify compliance requests and shop deletion events are processed through verified webhooks. Merchants can request deletion by contacting support.

Processors

We use Shopify, Fly.io, our PostgreSQL provider and our email provider to operate the service. Each processor receives only the data needed for its role.
